Shipping policy

TYMO provides trackable shipping service for all the purchases. We provide standard shipping within New Zealand territory for all the purchase orders.

TYMO commits to ship within the day or the next business day since the orders are placed. The tracking code may take 2~3 business days to be activated. Orders are dispatched on Monday to Friday, excl Public Holidays. Orders placed on Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your tracking code is activated. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your account.

 

*Please be aware of that TYMO can not ship to an address of P.O. Box.

(We do our best to send all orders from our New Zealand warehouse. Occasionally, if an item isn’t available locally, we’ll arrange delivery from our overseas warehouse. When this happens, the delivery time is usually 14–21 days. We’ll always keep you updated so you know when to expect your order.)

All delivery times are subject to couriers and all orders require a signature on delivery. Our courier company must adhere to any Covid-19 guidelines so if contactless delivery is a nationwide requirement, your order will be delivered without requirement of a signature.


If you wish to give the courier authority to deliver without a signature you may specify this in your order notes. TYMO New Zealand and our courier representative will not be liable for any loss or damage to a parcel left in accordance with the instructions provided. Our courier representative may at their sole discretion refuse to leave the parcel at the specified location for any reason.
